The Younique Boutique, Inc. ships your orders using UPS -
United Parcel Service. In most cases, your order will be shipped
UPS Ground and will take between 2-6 days to arrive from the
date you place your order. If you need your order sooner,
select 3 Day service or 2 Day service. A transit time map
can be found here.
Your order is being shipped from Southern California.
We do ship Internationally. Keep in mind though, that
there are duties and fees that will be collected upon delivery.
These fees are not collected here. The UPS driver will
collect them at your door. Please call your local UPS office
to find out the fees before you place your order. We will
not refund your order if you refuse the package.
If you are shipping to a P.O. box, please contact us to make
arrangements for USPS service.
Guest Book Platters
Platters are hand painted and fired before they are shipped
to you. Please allow 2 weeks (14 days) from the date
you order to receive your platter. If you need your platter
sooner than 2 weeks from the date the order is placed, please
select the rush order option. A nonrefundable $35 rush order
fee will be added to your order.
Platters are fired each night. If your rush order is received
before 3:00pm PST, it will fire that night and be ready to
ship the following business day. Please see our UPS

for your event. If a faster shipping service is needed to
get your order to you in time, we will contact you and collect

Family Portrait Platters
Platters are hand painted and fired before they are shipped

you submit materials to receive your platter. If you need
your platter sooner than 2 weeks from the date the order form
details are submitted, please select the rush order option.
A nonrefundable $35 rush order fee will be added to your order.

your photos for delivery of photo quilts. If you need your
quilt sooner than 3 weeks from the date the order is placed

If your rush order and photo materials are received before
12:00pm PST, we will create your quilt and ship it the following
business day (busy holiday periods may be an exception). Please

Photo Pillows
Please allow 2 weeks (14 days) from the date your
materials are submitted for delivery on photo pillows. If
you need your photo pillow sooner than 2 weeks from the date
the order is placed and materials are submitted, please select
the rush order option. A nonrefundable $10 rush order fee
will be added to your order.
If your rush order and photo materials are received before
3:00pm PST, we will create your photo pillow and ship it the
following business day (busy holiday periods may be an exception).

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are typically sent via USPS 1st class
mail. Allow 4-6 days for delivery. If you wish to receive
a printed certificate earlier than 4-6 days, we suggest selecting
the USPS Express service as indicated on the ordering page.
Another option is having the certificate file emailed to you
or the recipient directly. Call us for more information.
Bridal Jewelry Tiaras
Please allow 3 weeks (21 days) from the date your order
is placed for jewelry and tiaras. Each piece is created just
for you. If you need your order sooner, please select the
rush order option. A rush order fee will apply.
Crystal Bouquets and Bouquet Stems
Please allow 4 - 6 weeks from the date your order
is placed for jewelry and tiaras. Each piece is created just
for you. If you need your order sooner, please select the
rush order option. A rush order fee will apply.
Sewn Goods - Pillows, Baskets and Handbags
Custom sewn items such as ring bearer pillows, flower girl
baskets and garters are shipped within 2 weeks of your
placed order. Again, we will work tirelessly to make sure
your order reaches you by your event date. Please contact
us for special arrangements if you need your item in a hurry.

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. If you need your order
sooner, select the rush order option.
Wooden Pub Signs
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Rush orders not accepted
on personalized signs.
Custom Wedding Cake Toppers
Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. This product requires a
3 part proofing process. For each set of changes you make
at any stage of product creation, the artists require 5 additional
business days. In other words, if you need your order in 3
weeks time, you must not make any changes at any stage of
production.
3D My Peeps Pictures
Please allow 2 weeks (14 days) from the date you order
and submit materials to receive your picture. If you need
your picture sooner than 2 weeks from the date the order is
placed, please select the rush order option. A nonrefundable
